TINY BUT MIGHTY 💥
ESTHER started her athletic career as a child with competitive dancing.
Besides her profession as a dancer, she has a master’s degree in sports & nutrition and expanded her repertoire with different sports disciplines and training methods.
After many years of being an active athlete but also a coach, she knows what it takes to get people moving and motivate them to challenge themselves.
Her musicality and creativity strongly affect her workouts and playlists. So be ready for a colorful dancy music mixture!

MAREK is from a small town in Slovakia. His first true passion was music which went hand in hand with loving to dance.
Marek’s younger self always enjoyed to perform and to entertain others. As a teenager Marek used to be part of a dance group and participated in many sports activities which accompanied him his whole life. It is safe to say that he owns the stage! Marek tries to make everyone feel happy and powerful while helping them achieve their fitness goals.
His class is packed with authenticity, good melody vibes and one hell of a sweaty workout.

If there is one thing you need to know about NICKY, she is obsessed with fitness.
Given Nicky’s background in dancing and acting, she creates each class with a maximum of dedication and creativity, making sure that you will never get bored in her class.
She always uses different styles of music for her classes, so there should be something for everyone.
WORK HARD PUNCH HARDER 👊🏽💥
Paris has been a Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach in London and New York for over 15 years. Having previously been a Basketball Player he started competing in Amateur Boxing in London after injuring his knee.
In his classes you will work on real Boxing Combinations while working up a Sweat.
PAIN IS TEMPORARY - GLORY IS FOREVER!
PHILIP started his career in martial arts 10 years ago in his home town Stuttgart (Germany). Boxing, Muay Thai, K-1, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu... you name it - he did it!
At the age of only 17 he became the youngest licenced Krav Maga teacher. After that, he competed in several Muay Thai and K-1 fights before falling in love with boxing. With his extensive experience, Philip will always have an eye on the correct execution of your boxing technique.
In addition to mastering martial arts, he is studying for his business master's degree and loves to workout while listening to house music.
Watch out for this one - he knows how to throw a punch if he has to ;-)
